FEVERISH PACE PAINTING of Babcock Ranch, believes painting your home should feel easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. As your hometown painters and neighbors, we have created a process that allows you to enjoy the transformation of your home without having to lift a finger.

It all begins with Debbiann, offering a complimentary in-home color consultation. This is where the vision starts. Choosing the right color can feel overwhelming, but with guidance and experience, we help you select the perfect palette so you feel confident and excited before the first brush ever touches your walls.

When it is time to begin painting, John and Paige arrive with a plan and a purpose. Every detail of your home is treated with care and respect. We start by carefully moving and positioning furniture to the center of the room. All surfaces are fully protected with tarps. Wall decor is gently removed and covered. Light switches and plates are taken off. Lighting and fixtures are protected.

Before we begin each day, we walk through the areas with you to ensure everything is aligned with your schedule and comfort. Our goal is to be as minimally invasive as possible while still delivering the highest level of craftsmanship.

At the end of each day, your home is returned to you clean, organized, and put back exactly as it was. Furniture is placed back in position. Floors are vacuumed. All tools, ladders, and materials are removed from your home and taken with us. You are never left with a mess or disruption.

And unlike many other painting companies, we do not charge extra for moving furniture or protecting your home. This is simply part of how we care for our neighbors in our community.

The Process

Before we start, we protect all flooring, furniture, and personal belongings by moving them to the center of the room and covering everything with tarps and plastic to prevent dust, dirt, or paint splatters
We take off all electrical outlets and switches and use the following process for prepping all wall surfaces
We prep all walls by cleaning away dust, dirt, debris, soap scum, grease, and grime by using a mild detergent or TSP (a heavy-duty cleaner) when applicable.
We repair any damages or flaws to walls like cracks, dents, holes, or nail pops by applying caulk or joint compound where applicable.
We sand all repairs and flaws on wall surfaces using fine-grit sandpaper and then wipe walls down with a dampened sponge to create a smooth finished surface.

The Paint

Your home is your biggest investment! Protecting that investment is our number one priority.

At Feverish Pace Painting, we only use top-of-the-line Sherwin-Williams paints to give your home exceptional coverage, durability, and washability.

These products consist of built-in primers, stain blockers, mildew-resistant agents, and low to no VOC to give your home the best possible environmentally-friendly painting experience.

We do not mark up the price of our paints. We pass on to you, the homeowner, the same painting contractor discount we receive.
